Airport Transfer FAQs
No need to worry! If you’ve provided your flight details in your booking, we monitor flights at our airports of operation and adjust your pickup time accordingly. If possible, you will receive a notification of any changes. We also encourage you to contact us directly if there is a departure delay on your end.
Our drivers will be easily identifiable, wearing BEMU identification and holding a placard with your details at your arrival. On the day of your travel, we will also send you the driver’s details to help you locate them easily.
Our pricing is competitive and based on factors as distance, traffic, and operational costs. The fare is calculated when you select your departure point, destination, the number of passengers. Please visit our booking page for detailed pricing.
Yes, you can edit your booking if you have created account with us. All your bookings will appear in your account, where you can make changes. We accept booking modifications up to 48 hours before travel. If you have not registered, please email us with your booking reference.Please note that processing changes may take up to 24 hours, depending on booking volume.
We will begin offering online pre-payment options starting in December 2024. Until then, we accept payments in cash or via card when the driver arrives at your destination.
Yes, you can book for a group by selecting the “Group” option in the booking system. By default, bookings are set for a single passenger. The system will also notify you if there’s an option to travel with another passenger at a discount. If you agree, your booking will be adjusted accordingly.
Ground Transportation FAQs
Airport transfers refer specifically to journeys between the airport and any destination or departure point. Any other type of booking is categorized as ground transportation. In the near future, our system will offer the option to book both airport transfers and ground transportation in a single transaction.
Our driver will call you approximately 5 minutes before their estimated time of arrival (ETA). We take pride in our punctuality, so our drivers are expected to depart at the agreed time.
In the unlikely event of a delay, please call the provided on our site or contact us via the real-time for assistance.
To ensure a tailored experience, we recommend at least 3 hours in advance. For journeys exceeding 4, please book at least 24 hours ahead.
We currently operate in Uganda, with plans to to other regions and across the continent.

You can make a booking without registering, but encourage you to register. This allows you to easily
manage and modify your bookings.
We will launch our loyalty program on January 1,2025. This program will enable you to accumulate points that can be used for discounts on future trips.
You can cancel your airport and ground booking for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Once our prepayment services start, cancellations made after this period may incur a 30% fee.
